My name is Kasjan. I've got my first job as a barista in 2015 and since then I started learning about coffee. Which I continued even when I took a short break to dabble into restaurants. I had the privilege of finding good teachers and I wish to pay it forward by helping others.
I'm a seasoned competitor and I wrote a lot about it on this blog. I've placed 3rd in UK Coffee in Good Spirits 2019. I've done some coaching and judging too.
I did a TED talk on coffee in 2017.
Professionally, I'm roasting for one of London's leading roasteries.
